We build the skills you need by breaking them down into small, daily actions, which we assess together. Small actions build to big changes. Our role is to provide structure, guidance, support, and quite a few curious questions to keep the wheels turning.
Regardless of the direction we decide on for you, success in this program means establishing core habits that let you thrive without rules or restrictions.
Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach • she/her
Katherine is a certified Precision Nutrition coach. She chose Precision Nutrition’s method because their success rate, philosophies, and gentle holistic approach are like no other nutrition education and coaching program we’ve ever encountered.
In order to provide feedback, and allow for reflection and repetition, Nutrition Coaching involves twice monthly one-on-one 45 minute meetings, once a week online check-ins, and simple daily tracking via the Precision Nutrition ProCoach app.
We don’t ever want your membership at Bay Strength to cause you financial distress, so if you need sliding scale pricing, please do not hesitate to ask. It is an essential part of our mission at Bay Strength and it is our pleasure to offer a sliding scale to people who need it.
