Beginner Strength Cycle

In this eight week class, co-presented with Spitfire Athlete, we will teach you the fundamentals of an effective strength training program.

Using the four foundational barbell lifts – the squat, press, bench press, and deadlift – you will build full body strength.

Over the course of the class, held 3 days per week, you will add weight to each lift every time and develop your form and confidence under the bar.

You’ll be amazed at what you are capable of!

Led by Starting Strength Coach Katherine Bickford, the class is customizable to your abilities.

No one is too inexperienced to begin building strength, and the benefits of strength will be felt immediately no matter your starting point.

This class is ideal for anyone who would like to begin a strength program, from experienced endurance athletes to total gym newbies.

This class is a companion to The Warrior program on the Spitfire Athlete app.

Mondays & Wednesday from 5:15pm – 7:30pm
Saturdays from 11:00am – 12:45pm

Cycle will begin in the new year, 2017

Classes take place at CorrectFit in Alameda, CA.
